About me

Hi, I’m Raga! I’m a UX researcher trained in qualitative research, and currently training in quantitative research. I studied human-computer interaction and learned to research at University of California - Berkeley and Carnegie Mellon University.

As much as I love conducting research, I understand that conducting “research for research's sake” isn’t practical for most organizations. That’s why I deliver actionable insights to my stakeholders and work alongside them to determine what next steps to take to improve user experience.

I am actively seeking opportunities to work as a qualitative or mixed-methods UX researcher. I am particularly interested in becoming a part of an impactful organization that is actively seeking to strengthen their shared understanding of their users and improve user experience. I am open to relocating and can start working immediately.

A little more about me

I’m a UX researcher based in Placentia, California. I’m passionate about using research to inspire action. I also love to infuse creativity into the research process and design visually engaging deliverables.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me curled up on the couch engrossed in a gripping fantasy book. I’m currently journeying through the literary world of J.R.R. Tolkien.

I also enjoy throwing clay on a pottery wheel. I’m not an expert whatsoever, but it’s fun to make ceramics. Lately, I’ve been also trying my hand at baking after being inspired by The Great British Bake Off 🍰
